The other reason I was emailing was to give some feedback on all the work carried out over the last few months, sorry I didn’t get a chance to do it earlier it’s been a hectic few months.

I think it was late last year one of your workers initially visited to do a plumbing job for us which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. In that first visit he was able to identify what a previous plumber (different company) was not able to and that first encounter with your team led to the renovation of our kitchen and bathroom. We had talked about it for so long and had a couple of people come through then things got halted and time went by and it was always, ‘Oh we’ve got to get onto those renovations’ but that was it, we kept putting it off until Jason Brown Plumbing turned up.

From beginning to end your team and Tim have been brilliant, always keeping us informed every step of the way, always upfront and honest with where we could save money, any unforeseen issues, what looked good and what didn’t look good, all the professional advice, service and workmanship was excellent and appreciated. Thank you so much, it was a pleasure working with you all and I have already recommended your plumbing services to couple of my work colleagues and a friend.

Mum was so impressed with Mackenzie’s workmanship – she said he was very polite, he explained the issue in a way she could understand and even thoroughly cleaned up the area and popped the towels in the washroom when he was done!

We recently underwent a major renovation with our house where we rearranged the internal layout of our home and added a large extension. Jason is excellent at his job, a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and experienced. He was very accommodating with how he planned our job which allowed for our family to live on site during the entire build – nothing at any stage was a problem and dealing with Jason made our whole renovation easier.
